Measured Building Surveys
We can offer quality measured building surveys all carried out in accordance with RICS specification "Survey of Land, Buildings and Utility Services at Scales of 1:500 and Larger" and best survey practice. The intended use for the completed survey will ultimately dictate the type of survey required and the accuracy required.
(A) Un-connected survey would be used for purposes such as determining of lettable areas on a room by room basis.
(B) Semi-connected survey would be used for purposes such as internal refurbishment without major structural alterations.
(C) Fully-connected survey would be used where the precise relationship between different parts of the building is required, such as during major structural alterations. Only by this method can a vertical relationship between elements of the structure be determined.
Land Surveys
We can offer Topographic surveys based upon a small or a large amount of features as dictated by both specification and intended use of the completed survey. Because all these factors ultimately impact on the budget we will consult with clients at all stages of the process and advise on both the practicalities and necessities to offer a Best Value Service.
Surveys may be 2D or 3D and conducted to arbitrary co-ordinates using traditional reflectorless total station or related to Ordnace Datum and National Grid co-ordinates using latest GPS Technology.
